Masami Asahina was born in Gifu Japan.  She started her classical piano training at the age of 6 and has continued her love affair with the piano all through her life.  Masami obtained a master’s degree in piano from Aichi-kyoiku University. Matt has worked with Hallmark Hall Of Fame, and award winning director John Erman, Malpaso, and director Clint Eastwood for several films, and most recently Susan Smith at The Susan Smith Co. Matt holds a BFA from The Conservatory for Theatre Arts at Webster University. A Graduate of The New York Film Academy, Matt has completed several short films, directing original work and collaborating with filmmakers Holly Hunter, Tim Robbins, and The Actors’ Gang Theater.

Robert Nazar Arjoyan was consumed by rock & roll and movies as a child, especially those directed by Martin Scorsese and Steven Spielberg. He studied at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, and since then has worked as a writer, producer, and director of shorts, commercials, and features in Los Angeles. He typically chooses to edit his own projects, and often writes original music as scores for his films.

An alumni of the AFI Conservatory’s prestigious Cinematography program, Gevorg Sarkisian’s career as a Director of Photography has had a fantastically strong surge upward.  Known for his ability to compose and light any subject with masterful precision, Sarkisian is a diverse artist with his lens in films, commercials, television, music videos, and web based programs.

Armed with his keen instinct, Sarkisian’s approach to filming When My Sorrow Died in glorious 4K raises the cinematic experience to a breathtakingly aesthetic level.
